Benoit Maréchal has more than 10 years’ experience in litigation, employment and real estate law. He routinely advises clients on issues relating to general employment matters and has a strong experience in litigation, including administrative law, commercial, contract, IP / IT and data protection issues. Benoit has also developed in-depth knowledge and recognised expertise in real estate transactions. Over the past years, he led major real estate transactions in Luxembourg such as the acquisition of a top one commercial gallery and a city station building.
Before launching CM Law in 2014, Benoit was Head of Employment and one of the two responsible person of the dispute resolution practice at Baker & McKenzie Luxembourg. He also worked for Philippe & Partners Luxembourg and Brussels and as Assistant in administrative law at the University of Liège.
Benoit regularly holds conferences and is the author of several scientific articles in administrative, public and employment law.
