Melly Boucefar

Melly Boucefar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law from the University of Nancy and a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the University of Lyon III.

She passed the Cours Complémentaires de Droit Luxembourgeois (CCDL) in 2020.

Before joining CM Law in 2022, Melly worked two years for a law firm based in Luxembourg and gaining experience in various domestic and cross-border corporate advice and M&A transactions.

She currently advises clients in corporate law, private equity and real estate.

As a native French speaker, Melly also speaks English.
