Hajar Assebbane

Hajar Assebbane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Law and a Master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Lorraine in France.

She passed the Cours Complémentaires de Droits Luxembourgeois (CCDL) in 2020.

Before joining CM Law in 2021, Hajar worked two years for an audit firm based in Luxembourg in the corporate team and gaining experience in various domestic and cross-border corporate advice and M&A transactions.

She currently advises clients in corporate law, private equity and real estate.

As a native French speaker, Hajar also speaks English.
