We collect information about you when you sign up for an event, a workshop, networks etc. on our website, use the contact form, submit an application by using our website or subscribe to one of our newsletters. We collect your personal information such as your name, address, title, email address, telephone number, preferences, work place etc. Your email address is only used to distribute newsletters and is treated confidentiality. You can subscribe to and unsubscribe the newsletters on the website.

All recorded data will be processed confidentially and will not be transmitted to countries outside the EU/EEA. The data will be processed by an external data processor responsible for the hosting of the Site.
