Practicing in Luxembourg since 1997, Raphael Collin has extensive experience on mergers and acquisitions and financing projects. He regularly works with private equity and real estate funds on structuring their investments and setting up joint ventures in Luxembourg and abroad. Raphael also advises clients in the listing of securities on the Luxembourg stock exchange (regulated market and Euro MTF market).
Prior to founding CM Law in 2014, Raphael was one of the founders of Baker & McKenzie Luxembourg’s office in 2010. He also gained substantial experience working several years in the Luxembourg’s office of a UK magic circle firm and as a partner of another top-ten Luxembourg law firm.
Raphael is the author of publications on the listing of securities on the Luxembourg stock exchange, cross-border mergers, European companies and companies’ incorporation in Luxembourg.
