CM Law is an independent law firm based in Luxembourg. We advise companies, investors and executives on business law matters with an international dimension.
Our structure is deliberately focused. Clients deal directly with the lawyers responsible for their matters. There are no intermediary layers between instruction and execution.
Founded in 2014, the firm covers ten practice areas, each led by a senior lawyer from the first day of engagement. Our work spans domestic advisory, cross-border transactions, and multi-jurisdictional matters.
How We Work
Matters are handled by the partner or senior counsel responsible for the client relationship. Clients have direct access to the lawyer doing the work, at every stage.
The firm is established in Luxembourg and regularly advises on transactions and structures involving multiple jurisdictions. We work with a network of correspondent firms across Europe and beyond.
CM Law operates as an independent firm, without affiliation to a larger network. Advice is given on the basis of the client's interest, free from group obligations or referral considerations.
