Having practised in Luxembourg for over 25 years, Sabine Hinz is a fully qualified Luxembourg lawyer (Avocat à la Cour) and was previously admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and as a Rechtsanwältin in Germany.
She focuses on corporate and corporate finance matters, and is regularly involved in complex cross-border transactions, often having to meet tight deadlines. Her practice includes the structuring and restructuring of corporate groups, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border conversions and migrations, as well as the documentation of internal and external financing arrangements.
Sabine advises international clients – including credit institutions and investment firms – on a wide range of corporate, commercial and banking law matters. She also has a solid background in the investment fund sector, with particular expertise in non-regulated structures.
