Counsel at CM Law, Flavien Carbone advises international and local clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate, banking and finance, funds and real estate transactions.
He has developed particular expertise in bank loan financing transactions, including the drafting and review of facility and collateral agreements and the issue of related legal opinions. Before joining CM Law as a Senior Associate in 2014, Flavien worked as an Associate at Baker & McKenzie Luxembourg for three years.
Flavien studied in France and Luxembourg and has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2012.
