Salvador is an international tax advisor with over 25 years of professional experience, specialising in advising multinational groups, private clients and investors on complex cross-border tax matters.
He served as Global Planning and M&A Tax Director at Medtronic (Luxembourg) for over 10 years, leading international tax planning on restructuring, M&A, cross-border reorganisations, treasury and financing structuring, divestitures, joint ventures and tax governance. Prior to Medtronic, he spent nearly nine years with PwC Luxembourg as International Tax Director, advising U.S., European and Latin American multinational groups on Luxembourg holding, financing, private equity, intellectual property and cross-border tax matters.
Earlier in his career, Salvador practised litigation, corporate law, notary and tax law in Mexico over seven years.
